Rates:

Session Cost: $125

Fees for counseling sessions will be discussed prior to

to the first appointment.

Insurance:

I am an approved provider for Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of NJ (includes Blue Network Plans) and Cigna. Please check with your insurance provider before the first appointment to ensure that your plan and those that I accept are the same.

If you are not covered by the above plans, I can provide you with a bill to submit out of network costs.

Payment:

I accept cash or check. Payment is due at the time of the appointment.

Cancellation Policy:

If you fail to show for your appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours notice, a $75 fee will be charged to you for the missed appointment.
